So removing the optic just to tighten and losen adjustment screws wasn't practical. I agree that it is a gamble when shopping in that $100 range, and, when I looked again, I knew better what to look for feature wise for the optic. This red dot is excellent. Build quality is great, it’s an RMSC footprint optic that takes a full size CR2032! Addressing a few complaints let me say first of all I installed this optic on a Taurus TX22 compact. I'd trust it if I had too. I prefer a Holosun, but the Cyelee has far exceeded my expectations, considering it costs as much as a Bushnell trs-25. I have 3 of the Cyelee T3s, and while they haven't been abused like the T10, they work as expected and have held zero on everything I shoot: 22lr, 9mm DB, 5.56, 300blk, 7.62x39, 308, and 12g.
